School parent groups play a vital role in fostering home-school connections and are a powerful tool for families. As you know, one of the best ways to connect with families is to provide relevant information and resources to help them navigate the school years.

The truth is, parents worry about their child’s performance in school and on standardized tests. At Curvebreakers, we understand these concerns and work with students and their families every day. We also understand the importance of creating partnerships within the communities we serve. Therefore, we offer free events to schools, libraries, and parent groups – through our Partnership Programs.

  • Free Parent and Student Speaking Events – “Knowledge is Power!”

    Information Series: Nick LaPoma, Curvebreakers’ President, will come to your next meeting. Nick has spoken extensively on a variety of topics ranging from how to best prepare for SAT/ACT, explaining the detailed differences between the exams, and navigating the test prep landscape. A Q&A period follows all presentations. Speaking events can also be done in collaboration with guidance departments and are great presentations at association meetings or parent universities.

    Office Hours: Curvebreakers will send one of our exceptional tutors to the location of your choice to meet with students or parents and discuss the standardized exams and proven test taking strategies. Office Hours, offered free of charge, is great for college fairs or any large community gathering.

  • Student Access to Free SAT/ACT Practice Exams

    One of the best ways to prepare for the SAT/ACT is by taking full-length practice tests. Curvebreakers will come to your school, library, or community center and administer a free proctored timed SAT/ACT practice test. Students will receive their cumulative score report by email within two business days free of charge.

    Students will also have access to our unique Diagnostic Score Analysis for a small fee. This analysis breaks down test performance by section and also examines how they performed for each question type, offering specific insight into what content areas and test-taking strategies are important them – perfect for developing individual learning plans. We can offer this access as a fundraiser, with all proceeds going to your organization.

  • Membership Benefits for YOUR Members:

    Partner with us and grow your membership. Your current members get access to their child’s Diagnostic Score Analysis for a discounted rate after their child takes a practice exam with us. This membership benefit could essentially provide your members a full return on their investment in your organization. Proof of valid membership required.

  • Sponsorship Opportunities Available

    We give back to our community partners. Sponsorship opportunities for your annual events are available to our parent group partners. Requirements of sponsorship available upon request.
