Executive Function Coaching
Helping students build the organization, time management, and self-advocacy skills to succeed in school — and beyond.
What Is Executive Function?
Executive Functioning is the set of skills that help students plan, start, manage, and complete tasks — even when the work is challenging or boring.
These skills are the foundation of how students learn, not just what they know.

Executive Function Coaching vs. Traditional Tutoring
| Executive Function Coaching | Traditional Tutoring |
|---|---|
| Focuses on behaviors, habits, and thought patterns | Focuses on subject or topic remediation |
| Measures skill mastery and real-world application | Measures content knowledge and accuracy |
| Tracks progress toward long-term goals | Improves performance in a single subject |
| Builds systems students can use independently | Provides short-term academic support |
Executive Function coaching improves how students learn. Tutoring improves what they know.
How Progress Is Measured
